A non-refundable
deposit to the value of your first night's stay is required to secure your booking.
We accept
debit cards and most major credit cards including American Express
Due to an
increased cost in processing credit cards we can no longer absorb credit card
charges
all credit
card transactions will now be subject to a 2% surcharge.
Debit card
payment are not affected
Breakfast
is served between 8.00 - 9.00 a.m.
We have some
free parking available
There is a public car park opposite which is free overnight.

Cancellations
1. In
the event that you cancel after booking you will forfeit your deposit being the
cost of the first night’s stay.
2. If
you cancel within 14 days of your stay or fail to turn up we reserve the right
to charge you the full value of the booking.
3. If
we can re-let a room after cancellation we will give credit for nights re-let,
subject to clause No. 1 applying in all cases.
All vehicles
are parked at the owners’ risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in
the car park, we cannot accept any liability.
It is
our policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect
and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect
them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate,
or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to our attention, we reserves the
right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the
guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved
at our discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the guest house.
