our guests to travel to Swiss Court Guest House by public transport,
bicycle or on foot. Stay for two nights or longer, and only use
public transport, bicycle or walk throughout your stay to get
a 5% discount on the cost of your whole stay.**

Cancellations
1. In
the event that you cancel after booking you will forfeit your deposit being the
cost of the first night’s stay.
2. If
you cancel within 14 days of your stay or fail to turn up we reserve the right
to charge you the full value of the booking.
3. If
we can re-let a room after cancellation we will give credit for nights re-let,
subject to clause No. 1 applying in all cases.
It is
our policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect
and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect
them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate,
or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to our attention, we reserves the
right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the
guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved
at our discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the guest house.
