A non-refundable deposit to the value of your first night's stay is required to secure your booking.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 - 9.00 a.m.

We have some free parking available
There is a public car park opposite which is free overnight.

Cancellations

1. In the event that you cancel after booking you will forfeit your deposit being the cost of the first night’s stay.

2. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay or fail to turn up we reserve the right to charge you the full value of the booking.

3. If we can re-let a room after cancellation we will give credit for nights re-let, subject to clause No. 1 applying in all cases.

Vehicles

All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the car park, we cannot accept any liability.

Inappropriate behavior

It is our policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to our attention, we reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at our discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the guest house
